San Diego Hip Hop 5k

Get Ready for the 7th Annual SD HipHop 5K!

Time: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM PDT

Join us for a day of fun, fitness, and community at the 7th Annual SD HipHop 5K! This exciting event invites families and friends to come together for a festive run/walk that celebrates the vibrant spirit of hip-hop culture in San Diego.

Event Highlights:

• 5K Run/Walk: Kick off your morning with the 5K run/walk starting at 7:15 AM. Registration is only $38.10, which includes a small fee. Onsite registration opens at 6:00 AM and closes at 7:00 AM, so arrive early to secure your spot!
• SD HipHop 5K for Kids: Young participants aged 7 to 17 can join the fun for just $22.20. This is a fantastic way to encourage kids to stay active while enjoying the festive atmosphere.
• Elder Village: This special program is free for seniors, running from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, promoting health and wellness among our elders.

Virtual Challenge Option:

Can’t make it in person? Participate in the Virtual Challenge! Whether you run, cycle, walk, swim, or roll, you can complete the distance of 3.1 miles at your own pace, from any location. This challenge is perfect for participants of all abilities and is a great way to join the fun remotely!

Post-Race Festival:

After the race, don’t forget to bring your lounge chairs and canopies to enjoy the festival atmosphere. It’s a wonderful opportunity to relax, connect with fellow participants, and celebrate your achievements.
